BUFA’s long-term vision is to develop a permanent, expanded farm and community wellness center in Stockton. This space will serve as a mode for addressing interconnected challenges related to food access, chronic disease, and social isolation by combining local food production, education, and community-driven wellness resources in one place.
Join our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and receive fresh, locally grown produce directly from our farm.
Voices from the Community
As a fellow farmer, I have had the privilege of witnessing BUFA’s impact on the local food landscape. Their ability to mobilize resources, connect with local residents, and provide access to high-quality produce is commendable. BUFA’s work extends far beyond the farm, enriching the lives of individuals and families in Stockton

BUFA’s dedication to educating and involving our students in urban farming and food accessibility initiatives was inspiring. The service day provided a hands-on opportunity for our students to contribute to BUFA’s mission while gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by our community.
