Born and raised in North Stockton, California, Deja Wright is a proud alumna of Lincoln High School and Fresno State, where she earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism, with double minors in Anthropology and African American Studies. Currently, Deja serves as the Marketing/Outreach Coordinator for the Child Abuse Prevention Council, where she channels her passion for helping others by promoting resources and events throughout San Joaquin County. Her strong connections with multiple agencies have made her a well-rounded professional dedicated to improving her community. Deja aspires to leave Stockton better than we found it, advocating for access to pesticide-free fruits and vegetables for all families.
